1. Bought the company.
In the summer of 2005 several meetings were held and the newly formed partnership of ALPHAmax Aircraft, LLC purchased Prowler Aviation, Inc. ALPHAmax Aircraft has now assumed all the associated tangible and intellectual property. We are now in the process of organizing and inventorying all of the property from the sale.
2. Created a website.
Check it out!----> www.prowleraviation.com
3. Building a shop.
These are pictures of the "Prowler Aviaiton -West" shop in northern California. This is where we will build our first Prowler kit and then assemble the kit to produce our first aircraft. What we learn about the building processes as well as other information from this work will later be used to gear the kit for large(r) scale production.

Good Luck on your new venture, I was involved in the construction of one Prowler and the repair of on of the original models. The original model was the one with the red, white and blue. It crashed on take off during a ferry flight to the new owner. I have an extensive back ground in aircraft assembly, repair and modificatiion. I was also a chief inspector of a FAA repair station which I managed. If I can be any assistance please email me at kingwilham@yahoo.com
